Depending on the individual and the product used, the effects of dermal fillers can last anywhere from 6 months to a year or more, and treatments are often scheduled twice a year to maintain the desired results. After treatment, patients should avoid manipulating the treated areas and can apply a cool pack to reduce inflammation.
