Dermal fillers, also known as soft tissue fillers, injectable implants, or wrinkle fillers, are gel-like substances that are injected under the skin to create a fuller or smoother appearance. They can be used to address a number of concerns, including aging, restore lost volume to facial skin that has thinned out due to aging, and can help to smooth fine lines, wrinkles, and creases.

Dermal fillers can add volume to sagging skin, plump up lips and cheeks, and make facial features more symmetrical.

Depending on the product, the effects of dermal fillers can last anywhere from 6 months to a year or more, and treatments are often scheduled twice a year to maintain the desired results. After treatment, patients should avoid manipulating the treated areas and can apply a cool pack to reduce inflammation.

Radiesse Hyper-dilute Biostimulator Therapy: $699

Your skin changes over time! That’s probably no surprise—but do you know exactly how? Two important components are collagen and elastin, which help keep facial lines and wrinkles at bay. Unfortunately, aging and environmental factors (think sun damage) make it harder for your body to produce collagen and elastin. This can cause facial skin to wrinkle and sag, stealing from your youthful appearance.

Calcium hydroxylapatite, or CaHA, is what makes Radiesse unique. Radiesse is composed of CaHA suspended in an aqueous gel carrier. Upon injection, the Radiesse CaHA gel matrix provides immediate improvement. It can take a few weeks to see results, as it takes time for the body to produce collagen and heal itself. Micropeel Chemical Peel: $80

Micropeel® Plus can be used any time of the year and offers a one-step chemical exfoliation with 20% salicylic acid and
3% glycolic acid plus alcohol to optimize efficacy, stability, and penetration. Ideal for oily and blemish-prone skin, salicylic acid helps dissolve sebum and cellular debris in the pores, provides gentle exfoliation, and encourages cellular renewal. With glycolic acid to improve surface texture, the appearance of hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin tone, this treatment also helps support the skin’s natural production of structural proteins.

Patients may experience light to moderate peeling as the skin’s natural renewal process occurs. Two to four
treatments per year are recommended for optimal outcomes and to maintain results.
